Enjoying Reading at Pre-prep Library Club

Year 1 and 2 children are really enjoying their new after school Library Club. Each session gives them the chance to explore a wide variety of books, from funny stories to exciting adventures and colourful picture books. The children have loved having time to relax in the calm cosy space, read quietly, and share their favourite books with friends.  It has been a great opportunity to talk about stories, discover new authors and build confidence in their reading. Every week, they’ve been able to choose a book to take home, which has helped spark a real love of reading that continues beyond the school day.
