Netball Season Catch Up!

The U8s played their first Netball fixture away at Reigate St Mary on Tuesday and had a fantastic time.  They played the Flier format, 4 v 4, which allowed everyone to have the chance to shoot.  Each team was mixed ability and played a round robin of four games, with wins, losses and draws across the courts.  Next term, they will progress to 5 a side positional matches.  

The U10s, dominated the play across all three matches, with lots of turnovers and goals galore.  Fabulous results all round, the A’s won, 11-1, B’s won 8-2 and the C’s won 8-0. 

The U11B had an end to end battle throughout the match, but came out with the win by two goals.  It was a tougher afternoon for the A’s and C’s, with RSM playing with great confidence and despite the A’s making a comeback in the second quarter, RSM ran away with the victory 13-5.   

Unfortunately, the weather prevented the U9 matches on Thursday afternoon, but will reschedule after the Christmas break.
