Healthy Habits in the Making
This week, children in Pre-Prep and Prep enjoyed a fantastic Healthy Eating Workshop led by our wonderful school caterers.
The children learned about the importance of a balanced diet and explored the different food groups, understanding how they help to keep our bodies healthy.
The highlight of the session was creating their own topped yoghurts. Children chose from a delicious range of ingredients including oats, fresh fruits, honey, cinnamon and cocoa, carefully building a balanced snack of their own.
It was a fun, hands-on way to reinforce healthy habits and encourage children to make positive food choices.
