Year 4 Explore our Timeline at Leeds Castle

Year 4 had the wonderful opportunity to visit Leeds Castle in Kent this week. As part of their Global Studies topic, “Who is in charge of Great Britain?”, the children have been exploring Great Britain’s historical timeline from cave to castle, developing their understanding of how leadership and society have evolved over time. Leeds Castle, with its rich and fascinating history, provided the perfect setting to bring this learning to life. The children thoroughly enjoyed exploring the castle and uncovering its many stories, engaging with the past as part of a really fun day!
