EYFS Phonics Workshop

This week we welcomed our new EYFS parents to our Phonics Workshop, where we shared our bespoke approach to teaching phonics, reading and writing in Reception. Parents were introduced to how these important early literacy skills are developed in school, alongside lots of simple and fun ideas for supporting learning at home. 
The session ended with a special treat as the children joined their parents for a lively game of Phonics Bingo, putting their growing phonics skills into practice!
