A brilliant start to the football season!

The boys have had a very busy start to the football season with two weeks full of fixtures. 

In the first week back, we had a block fixture against Banstead Prep with the boys winning five out of the six fixtures at Under 10 and Under 11 age groups.  The winning start continued on Thursday with the U9s recording great wins at A B and C. 

On Saturday, the Under 10s travelled to the Reigate Tournament and performed magnificently.  The boys played with great determination and team spirit and only conceded one goal all tournament as they finished runners up on the day.

This week the Under 8s made their Caterham debut in competitive fixtures playing against Reigate St Mary’s and Hawthorns.  The boys played so well and recorded two wins, two draws and one loss and enjoyed their first away fixture travelling on a coach and match teas!  On Wednesday the Under 10s and Under 11s had a tough afternoon against some strong Lingfield sides but the Under 9s continued their impressive form with another three wins against to remain unbeaten.  This has been a very busy start to the season and it continues next week with block fixtures against Reigate St Mary’s and our own Caterham U9 Football tournament here on Saturday.
