Camilla is the founder of charity Sal’s Shoes. Children tend to outgrow their shoes before they outwear them, and shoes are relatively difficult to recycle; so Sal’s Shoes finds children’s preloved shoes their new feet. In the last 10 years, the charity has distributed over 5,000,000 pairs of shoes in 60 countries around the world. In the U.K. Sal’s School Shoes Fund distributes new school shoes and PE trainers to school children in need. Last year over 30,000 pairs were given out. The charity now also operates 11 Sal’s shoes shops’ nationwide, in existing community spaces, where low income families can retain their sense of dignity, enjoy a shopping experience and exercise choice, without having to pay for the footwear they need. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sal’s Shoes, Camilla was awarded and OBE in the New Years Honours for services to Young People, to Education and to the Environment.

Adam Graham OC

Adam Graham is the founder and CEO of JustFix, a rapid home maintenance platform that is looking to disrupt the sector by making home repairs as simple as

booking a taxi or a takeaway. Prior to JustFix, Adam was the CEO of The Marketing Group – a global Plc, listed on the Nasdaq First North. Before that, he ran several successful marketing agencies with clients such as Bacardi, Virgin Atlantic and Headspace.

After finishing his A levels at Caterham, Adam attended Brunel University and it was whilst he was still at university that he founded his first business, iChooseRadio, which was a forerunner to Spotify and the first company to steam live music from the Glastonbury Festival in 2002.

Adam Webster

Adam began teaching at Trinity school in 2006 and quickly became involved in the use of technology in education. He oversaw the introduction of one of the first iPad programs in the UK and more recently co-founded Sphinx AI, a start-up which is part of Caterham School, to build AI platforms that solve important or difficult problems for schools. Sphinx AI’s first release, RileyBot, is the first AI chatbot built exclusively for schools.
