PA Colour Run

Following on from the huge success of recent years, Caterham School PA will be holding its Colour Fun Run at the end of Prep Sports Day, Wednesday 24 June.

Children will be grouped by age and run a short circuit around the Sandy Ross Prep pitch by the pavilion. It’s not a race, and meant to be fun, as they run, there will be points on the circuit where coloured powder is thrown. 

For those children with siblings at Pre-Prep, staff will escort them to Sandy Ross so parents don’t miss any races, but all other Pre-Prep children need to be collected at normal pick-up times, ready for the start of the Colour Run after the day’s events conclude.

If you would like your child to take part, please purchase a ticket at £5 per child, which will cover the cost of entry to the fun run, the coloured powder, and a biodegradable car seat cover.

The colour powder suppliers state that it is non-toxic and has natural properties and shouldn’t cause any staining when clothes are washed on a cool cycle though they do recommend they dress for mess! It’s best to wear clothing that you don’t mind getting covered in colours. The best way to partake is by dressing in a white t-shirt to show off the colours and to also wear bottoms & trainers that can be easily washed.

All proceeds will be donated to the PA’s chosen Charities and Projects.
