A Fantastic Week on the Football Pitch
The boys’ football season continued to go from strength to strength this week with some great performances.
On Tuesday the boys travelled to Reigate to play a triangular with Reigate and Chinthurst. The boys started very well with good wins from U8A, B and C teams against Reigate and this was soon followed up with another clean sweep of wins against Chinthurst. The boys are playing some lovely passing football and really working hard within their teams.
On Wednesday, the Colts played a very competitive block fixture against Elmhurst . The A team had a tremendous game drawing 1-1, the B team lost 1-0 but the C and D team put in some great performances winning 6-0 and 8-0.
On Thursday the U9 continued their fantastic season playing Copthorne at home, the boys played some lovely football winning 6-1 and 6-0. It has been a wonderful week of football and we look forward to welcoming Micklefield next week.
