A Gathering of Goblins
This week the new Goblin Car crew picked up the project from the Autumn Term team, inheriting the instructions, handover notes and a car under construction. This term the crew will work to get the car largely constructed before they hand over to the Summer Term team to complete, customise and prepare to compete at the end of the year. As an ‘asynchronous team’, the Caterham Goblins are having to work well with each other and with consideration for the teams before and after them. It’s chilly work but hard work warms hands and the new team is ready for the challenge!
