Be Internet Legends
As we start a new school year, every year group has been going through our Acceptable Use Agreement (if you haven’t already, please complete it here) and getting a refresher on how to stay safe online. For use at home, Google has produced a pack of resources and games for parents and children of all ages covering areas such as sharing, protecting personal information, respecting others and speaking up. The site is free to use, runs equally well on a computer or iPad and is full of resources for parents and for your children to explore independently. You will find conversation prompts and useful links, a short animated series and mini-games that reward children for making considered choices that will keep them safe online and which will often give rise to interesting conversations in themselves.
