Caterham School Scores New Partnership with Crystal Palace Football Club!

We are thrilled to announce our exciting new football programme in partnership with Crystal Palace for Life Foundation. The new partnership will see CPFC-run co-curricular football sessions for Caterham Prep pupils. In the senior school the partnership will see CPFC-run co-curricular sessions for pupils from First to Fourth Year and football as a Games option for Fifth and Sixth Form from September 2026.

The partnership will also see additional evening Football Academy development sessions here at Caterham open to both pupils and young players from across the community. This exciting new partnership will provide access to elite level coaching, player development frameworks, and talent identification opportunities.

This Premier League partnership is in response to the growing demand from pupils for football to be offered. Hockey, rugby, lacrosse, netball and swimming will continue to be our major winter sports here at Caterham with the School having seen continued regional and national success across these sports year on year.

In addition to the football opportunities available to pupils as part of games and the co-curricular offer, a series of Palace for Life Football Camps held at Caterham will also be open to both current pupil’s and the wider community. These camps will be available for all to book during each school holiday, the first of which will be available to book this Easter Holiday. Open to a range of ages and abilities, the full-day sessions will focus on skill development, enjoyment of the game and progression within a supportive setting and will include a mix of fun tournaments, challenges and games, with plenty of medals and prizes up for grabs.

This  collaboration is particularly exciting, especially given Crystal Palace for Life Foundation’s experience and skills in delivering impactful programmes and their incredible work that goes well beyond the pitch.
