(Film) Crews Control
Always innovating, this week Year 4’s Film Club tried out the newest feature to hit our WeVideo editing software as part of the leading Ambassador Programme. With the introduction of simultaneous editing, children have formed flexible teams to work on their own ‘mini-dramas’, pulling in recordings, stock footage and special effects to create dramatic short films during their lunch breaks. With shared edits, children are now able to collaborate on and share editing in realtime, pooling their resources and adding comments and feedback for one another as they go. After a successful first trial, we will continue to develop the films next week, with several members of the club planning to add to their movies from home in the meantime.
