Friendly Netball Fixtures with Russell House
Three teams travelled to Russell House on Wednesday afternoon for some friendly 7 a side netball. The U11 A match was a competitive, evenly matched game with end-to-end play. Caterham pulled away in the third quarter and looked to secure the match. However, a strong surge in the fourth quarter by Russell House closed the gap but they couldn’t quite close out the game. Caterham took the win 8-6 with Ella D named as POM.
The U10A’s dominated their game from the start, conceding only one goal in the final quarter. A commendable performance and superb spacing on the court with Ella W named as POM. The U11B also controlled the game, playing with good space and driving well onto the ball. The players had lots of opportunities to play various positions and they did not concede any goals, winning 15-0 and Arabella W named as POM. Well done Prep Net Cats!
