Our Extraordinary Gardeners!
Reception were inspired by reading “The Extraordinary Gardener” and have been busy planting our very own bean plants. We thought about all the important things a seed needs to grow – soil, water, light and warmth – before carefully planting them in our own pots. We have been so excited to observe the roots and shoots growing and have been caring for them everyday to see how tall they will grow, recording our observations on individual bean diaries.
We can’t wait to bring them home and watch them flower!
