Pre-Prep Athletics

Over the last two weeks, Pre-Prep have been working on their sprinting and jumping technique.  They have been focusing on knee drives and arm action together with looking straight down the track and even leaning over the finish line!

They also looked at some initial practices for standing long jump, using their arms to help propel them upwards and forwards. Next time, they will build on this to a run up and landing in the long jump pit.
