Presenting Inspirational Women on International Women’s Day
This week, Year 6 have been completing research inspired by International Women’s Day. They read about the history of suffrage, as well as exploring some inspirational women both past and present. They chose to write up and present their information as either a PowerPoint presentation or a poster, and then shared these with their peers, offering each other constructive feedback. We were all very impressed with the quality of the presentations and enjoyed finding out about the history of International Women’s Day and some of the women who have changed the world.
