Primary Maths Challenge!

All Year 5 and 6 children took part in this year’s Primary Maths Challenge, a fun and exciting challenge aimed at 9 to 11 year olds taken by children all around the country. Having looked at the questions, there were some tricky ones that even got Mr Snow thinking! Our children did incredibly well, with 46 of them receiving bronze, silver or gold awards (an increase from 37 last year). 20 children achieved the gold standard – a fantastic achievement. Top marks this year again went to Kiera (6M) scoring 24 out of 25. Those achieving a score of 21 or more have been invited to take part in the bonus round in February, so watch this space for further news!
