Success at Lingfield Cross Country Meet
On Friday evening our U9 and U11 girls and boys cross country runners took part in the Lingfield cross country meet. Everyone put their heart and soul into the races and there were some tired legs at the end. The U9 girls were particularly strong, finishing second overall with all runners finishing in the top ten.
The standout performance of the day was undoubtedly Charlie A in Year 6. Charlie went off like a whippet and maintained this for the whole course, winning eventually by over 200 metres.
Well done to all our runners who showed great determination on the day.
