World Book Day at Prep
On World Book Day we were all excited to dress up as our favourite book characters! Everyone brought their book to our special assembly and we all took part in a costume parade! It was wonderful to see so many home-made and imaginative costumes, inspired by books from a wide range of genres. Throughout the day, we enjoyed recommending our favourite books to our classmates and finding other characters from our books in the playground. What a wonderful celebration of our love of reading! Next week we are looking forward to the arrival of the Book Fair, to explore even more fabulous books!
