World Book Day Visit from Senior Lit Soc
On World Book Day children in Lit Soc (Year 6) and Junior Lit Soc (Years 4 and 5) were excited to welcome pupils from Year 8 who visited to share their illustrated retellings of Beowulf. The Year 8s introduced the story to the Prep children, explaining why it is an important story in our literary heritage, and we all enjoyed listening to their wonderful retellings.
