Year 1 take on Pointillism
Year 1 have spent the last 2 weeks in Art looking at paintings by George Seurat and trying hard to paint in the pointillism style or ‘dotty painting’ as they like to call it. They then changed their style to use watercolours to create a simple river scene. Can you see how they have created the amazing colours of the sky and the reflection of the trees on the water?
