Year 1’s Marvellous Map Reading Skills

Year 1 put their map-reading skills to the test this week! We used a map and key, together with a compass, to help us navigate our way to the local postbox to post our letters. Along the way, we spotted the Prep School and Senior School, as well as the houses, buildings and pathways around our school community. We even put our navigation skills to good use by helping to direct Mr Lang back to the Pre Prep ! We had a fantastic time exploring our school community and learning how maps, keys and compasses can help us find our way. Well done, Class 1M!
