Year 4 Experiment
Year 4 have been looking into the causes of tooth enamel erosion using egg shell as a model as it is similar in composition. We used water as a control to compare the results of the other liquids: milk, vinegar orange and apple juice. We made sure all of our control variables were the same by measuring out exactly 100ml of the liquids, using the same beakers, same type and size of egg and keeping the experiment at the same temperature. We will review our results and write them up next week.
