The School Shop is currently open for online ordering only. After 8 March we will aim to process all orders daily and get them delivered to your child on the next working day.
ONLINE ORDERS PLACED BEFORE RETURNING TO SCHOOL 8 MARCH
ONLINE ORDERS – TERM TIME
You can place orders on WisePay and they will be delivered to your child’s classroom or their registration area. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00pm will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or after 12.00pm on a weekday will be delivered on the next working day.
Pupils needing a couple of emergency items during the school day can email the School Shop and items will be added to their School account. This facility is only available to pupils – purchases by parents must be made through Wisepay please.
SCHOOL SHOP APPOINTMENTS – START OF SUMMER TERM
The School Shop will be open on Monday 19 April for fittings and returns appointments assuming compatible with Government guidance. You can book a 15 minute appointment for that date via the Parents Evening System. The booking system will go live after 8 March. Instructions on how to use the system can be found below.

BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
To login to the website and book appointments, please go to: https://caterham.parentseveningsystem.co.uk.
You will be asked to login to Firefly. Please click on the link within the red box. You will then be logged in automatically using your Firefly details.
When you get through to the welcome screen, please click on the date you wish to book for. If no dates are appearing, please contact [email protected] and we will look into this for you.
You should then see a list of available appointments. At this point click ‘continue to book appointments’. You will see that we have two appointments available for each time slot in two different locations, please only book one of those locations. Simply tap the appointment slot you would like: you should see your child’s name appear. When another parent has an appointment at the School Shop, the slot will appear as ‘unavailable’.
When you have booked your appointment, you will see a yellow box at the top of the screen asking you to ‘click here’ to save and email to you your appointment. (Please note you will only be emailed the appointment if you entered an email address on the login page.)
If you click on the ‘Appointments’ tab at the top of the page, you will see a list of your appointments and there is the option to ‘Print Appointment Sheet’.
